Wir garantieren die Qualität, Frische und angegebene Wirkung unserer
Produkte. BIOVEA verkauft keine gebrauchten oder retournierten Produkte.
Wir hoffen, dass jeder Kunde 100% mit seinem Kauf zufrieden ist. Wir wissen
aber auch, dass Rückgaben manchmal unvermeidbar sind. Wenn Sie ein
Produkt retournieren möchten, bitten wir Sie die nachfolgenden Information
zu lesen:
Rückgabe innerhalb von 30 Tagen:
Sollten Sie aus irgendeinem Grund nicht mit Ihren Produkt zufrieden sein,
können Sie den Artikel innerhalb von 30 Tagen retournieren. Sie erhalten
dann entweder eine Gutschrift, eine Ersatzlieferung oder eine Rückerstattung
des Kaufpreises.
Rückgabe beantragen:
Bei Fragen über die Rückgabe von Produkten wenden Sie sich bitte
an kontakt@biovea-deutschland.de
mit Ihrem Namen, Ihrer Bestellnummer und einer kurze Beschreibung des
Problems. Wir werden Ihnen dann Anweisungen zur Rückgabe des Pakets
zusenden .
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass wir Warenrücksendungen ohne
deutlich angegebene RMA-Nummer (Return Merchandise Authorization, Warenrückgabeberechtigungsnummer)
nicht akzeptieren können. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie auch, dass
wir Ihnen erst eine Gutschrift zukommen lassen können, wenn wir die
retournierte Ware erhalten haben. Der Kunde trägt die Portokosten
für die Rücksendung. Berücksichtigen Sie bei der Rückzahlung
von Kreditkartenzahlungen bitte eine Bearbeitungszeit für die Rücküberweisung.
Retournierte Produkte werden von uns nicht weiterverkauft. Mit zusätzlichen

Bestellungen per Lastschrift:
WICHTIG: Es ist die ausschließliche Verantwortung
des Kunden, daß die zur Lastschrift angeführten Bankkonten
zum Zeitpunkt einer Transaktion ausreichend gedeckt sind. Im Falle einer
fehlerhaften Transaktion bedingt durch ungedeckte Konten, behalten wir
uns vor, eine zusätzliche Bankgebühr von 10.67 € für
eine vervollständigung der Bestellung zu berechnen.
Versandbeschränkungen:
Wir können lediglich unsere Ware an die angegebenen Länder versenden, die in der Länder Liste bei der Bestellung angegeben werden. Wir versenden jedoch an alle EU Länder.
Wie lange dauert die Bestellungsbearbeitung?
Alle Bestellungen werden am nächsten Werktag bearbeitet. Bestellungen,
die am Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag eingehen werden am Montag darauf verarbeitet.
Bestellungen werden in der Regel einen Werktag nach Bearbeitung versendet
(Feiertage und Wochenende gelten nicht als Werktage).
Wie lange ist die übliche Versanddauer?
Die Lieferzeit Ihrer Bestellung betraegt zwischen 5-10 Werktage nach Bearbeitung
. Die Versanddauer hängt von der Produktverfügbarkeit und der
Geschwindigkeit des Postamtes ab, da Bestellungen über den normalen
Postweg versendet werden.
Betrug:
In dem äußerst unwahrscheinlichen Fall,
dass jemand versucht, Sie und uns mit Ihrer Kreditkarte zu betrügen,
folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen Ihres Kreditkarten-Instituts konform
der geltenden Richtlinien und schreiben Sie uns dann sofort eine E-Mail
